Meet Our Founder
Shea Tamez
Founder | Author | Advocate | Mentor | Community Leader
Shea Tamez is a passionate advocate, published author, and founder of Inspiration Station USA, a nonprofit committed to empowering youth, strengthening families, and helping people discover their purpose.
Her journey has taught her that adversity can become a catalyst for purpose. Rather than allowing challenges to define her story, Shea chose to use her experiences to encourage others to recognize their own strength, value, and potential.
With a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration, Shea combines education, lived experience, and a heart for service to make a meaningful impact in the community. Through school-based speaking engagements, mentorship, and community programs, she equips young people with practical tools while encouraging them to believe in themselves and their future.
Shea’s message is rooted in purpose, self-worth, leadership, resilience, and hope. She believes that every young person has something valuable to contribute—and sometimes, all they need is someone willing to see the potential in them before they see it in themselves.
Shea’s purpose is to inspire others to rise above their circumstances, discover who they are, and turn their potential into lasting impact.

Randy Massey — “Papa Randy”

Randy Massey, affectionately known as “Papa Randy,” is a dedicated community leader, mental health advocate, and veteran who brings compassion, leadership, and a genuine heart for serving others to Inspiration Station USA.
As President, Randy supports the organization’s mission of empowering youth, strengthening families, promoting mental health awareness, and helping individuals discover their purpose and reach their potential.
As a war veteran, Randy understands the importance of resilience, service, teamwork, and having a strong support system. He is passionate about using his experiences to encourage others and help break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Through his leadership and mentorship, Papa Randy is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where young people and families feel seen, valued, heard, and empowered.
Papa Randy leads with heart, serves with purpose, and believes that when we invest in people, we strengthen our entire community.
